Dogpay Supported Card BINs

We currently provide five types of card BINs, which can be selected according to different needs:

4865 Transaction Processing Fee:

Domestic US: fixed 1% + 0.5 USD,

Cross-border: 1.5% + 0.5 USD

5371 Transaction Processing Fee: 

Domestic US: fixed 1% + 0.5 USD per transaction,

Cross-border: 1.5% + 0.5 USD

2380 Transaction Processing Fee:

USD transaction: fixed 0.3 USD/transaction;

Cross-border transaction: 1% + 0.3 USD/transaction

2240 Transaction Processing Fee:

USD transaction: fixed 0.3 USD/transaction;

Cross-border transaction: 1% + 0.3 USD/transaction

4413 Transaction Processing Fee:

Non-cross-border transactions: fixed 1% + 0.3 USD per transaction;

cross-border transactions: 1.5% + 0.3 USD per transaction

Refund Fee: 2%

Declined Transaction Fee: Domestic: 0.2 USD, Cross-border: 0.5 USD

Card Issuance Fee: 10 USD

Transaction Cancellation Fee: 1%

✍️: Currently, the 4413 card bin only supports proof of address from nine countries (Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, Philippines). If the proof of address is from other countries, the card cannot be issued.
