In blockchain payments, even if the user has completed the payment, the system may still display it as “Failed.” Common reasons include:
• Network confirmation delay: Blockchain transactions require a certain number of confirmations. Until confirmed, the system may show “Failed” or “Unconfirmed.”
• Incorrect currency or network: The payment was made using a different cryptocurrency or network than specified in the order, so the system cannot recognize it correctly.
• Amount mismatch: The payment amount does not match the order amount, and the system cannot automatically confirm it.
• Wallet issues: The receiving wallet may encounter issues, such as an incorrect address or temporary unavailability.
• Triggered KYT (Know Your Transaction) check: If the transaction triggers a compliance or risk monitoring rule, the system will automatically reject it, and the funds will be returned to the sender’s wallet.
