• If goods have been shipped: provide shipment date, tracking number, and logistics company.

• If goods have not been shipped: provide the estimated shipment date.

• Other supporting documents that can verify the authenticity of the trade (including but not limited to certificate of origin, quality inspection certificate, and insurance documents)

• Contract or agreement (if agency services are involved, an agency agreement must be provided)
