Business customers can subscribe to a Business Membership through the DogPay merchant portal. Once the subscription is successful, the membership benefits will take effect immediately.

Before subscribing, please make sure that :

• Your business account has been successfully registered

• Your business verification has been completed and approved

• Your account has sufficient available balance to pay the membership fee

After completing the above preparations, you can follow the steps below to subscribe to a Business Membership.

Example steps:

• Log in to your merchant portal and go to the member center.

• Select the membership tier you would like to subscribe to.

• Confirm the subscription details, pricing, and agreement, then complete the payment using your wallet.

• The membership will take effect immediately after the subscription is successful.

Subscription Instructions

1. Subscription Entry

Business Membership must be subscribed to through the DogPay merchant portal. After entering the membership subscription page, you can view the available membership tiers and their corresponding prices.

2. Select a Membership Tier

The system will display the applicable membership plans and pricing based on your business entity type, region, or eligible products. The pricing and benefits shown may vary for different business customers. Please refer to the actual information displayed on the page.

3. Confirm the Order and Complete Payment

After selecting a membership tier, the system will display the details of your subscription order. Once confirmed, you can complete the payment using your wallet.

At present, Business Membership only supports payment with the following crypto assets:

• USDT

• USDC

Other assets or account balances are not currently supported for membership payment. To avoid payment failure, please make sure your account has sufficient available balance before subscribing.

4. Membership Takes Effect Upon Successful Subscription

Once the payment is successful, the Business Membership will take effect immediately, and you can start using the corresponding benefits and services of your selected membership tier.

Membership Cycle Rules

Business Membership is calculated on a calendar-month basis.

After a successful subscription, the membership benefits take effect immediately, and the expiration date will fall on the same calendar date of the following month.

• Subscribe on January 1 → Expires on February 1

• Subscribe on March 15 → Expires on April 15
