👻: The DCS card BIN is 4413. It is a standard U card issued by Singapore, supporting card activation with addresses in nine countries.

1. Click the top right corner to apply for a card.
2. Select the virtual card you want to activate.
3. Create the card.
4. Upload your ID and follow the prompts to upload proof of address (currently only supports Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, and the Philippines).
5. Fill out the card application (employment status, industry, occupation, work experience, purpose of account opening, source of funds, country of source of funds, source of wealth, country of phone, phone area code, phone number).
6. Click Apply for Card and enter the verification code as prompted.
7. Channel review (estimated 1-3 business days).
8. Successful activation upon approval.
Notes：
Make sure the card account balance is sufficient before activation. You can only apply for one card. Whether activation succeeds or fails, a notification will be sent within the app.

- Domestic: 1% + 0.3 USD
- Cross-border: 1.5% + 0.3 USD
Transaction reversal fee: 1%
Transaction failure fee: 0.5 USD
Refund fee: 2%
