How can I withdraw my card balance?

You can withdraw your card balance to a bank account or crypto wallet on the DogPay Merchant Portal.

Example steps:

Withdraw via global account:

• Log in to your account and go to the Exchange Center.

• Select the card wallet to sell from and the bank account to buy into, enter the amount, then click Confirm Exchange.

• Go to Global Account → My Accounts, click Payment, select the payment account and payee's account.Enter the payment amount, and upload the required supporting documents to complete the payment.

Withdraw via crypto asset:

• Log in to your account and go to the Exchange Center.

• Select the card wallet to sell from and the cryptocurrency wallet to buy into, enter the amount, then click Confirm Exchange.

• Go to Crypto → Crypto, click Withdraw, select the currency, wallet, and payee,enter the transfer quantity, and the funds will be transferred to your designated wallet address.
