Membership Benefits:

Individual Membership is a membership service provided by DogPay for personal customers. Once the subscription is successful, personal accounts can enjoy the related benefits, rate discounts, and service support corresponding to the membership level. Subscription Process:  

Complete the KYC process (mandatory before starting any service)

Click the icon at the top left of the homepage

Click Membership Center and select the membership level you want to activate

Click Agree to the Agreement Pay the monthly fee Receive a notification, subscription successful  Subscription

Payment methods:

Personal Web: Pay with DogPay cryptocurrency

APP: Apple/Google in-app purchase

✍️: The two payment methods cannot coexist; after using Apple/Google in-app purchase, DogPay cryptocurrency payment cannot be used  

Cancel Subscription:  You need to cancel the subscription in Apple/Google settings Rules for upgrading and downgrading personal membership at different cycles
