On the APP homepage, click Bank Account — Deposit — Select a funding method (ACH/FedWire/Swift) — Initiate external deposit — Wait for review after funds arrive — Deposit complete

💡Please note:

1) Currently, only deposits from personal accounts with the same name are allowed.

2) If there is a bank inquiry, please provide the required supporting documents based on the inquiry information received.

Bank Account Acceptance

Click Transfer in your bank account — choose the currency you want to exchange (you can freely adjust the sender and recipient using the middle transfer arrow).

1. After a successful deposit, click Transfer to accept it as cryptocurrency.
