I. U.S. Bank Account Opening Requirements

🌟 Corporate Resolution

A written record of the company’s internal decision-making process. During the bank account opening process, this document is submitted to the bank to prove that the company has formally authorized the account opening and legally granted the designated person authority to operate the account.

The document must be clear, follow a valid decision-making process, and be consistent with all other submitted materials. It is one of the important documents used by U.S. banks to assess the compliance of the account application.

🌟 Proof of Address

Company address proof documents, such as:

1.Lease agreement

2.Utility bills issued within the past three months

3.Bank statement

4.Letter from a government authority

5.Insurance policy, etc.

🌟 FATCA Form Completion

Required for the company, directors, and shareholders holding 25% or more ownership.

Please download the relevant forms from https://www.irs.gov/forms-instructions.

1.Non-U.S. individual: use W-8BEN

2.Non-U.S. entity: use W-8BEN-E

3.U.S. individual/entity: use W-9

🌟 Financial Statements

If total assets exceed USD 2 million, audited financial statements are required.

If audited financial statements are not available, please provide any one of the following:

1.Balance sheet

2.Profit and loss statement

🌟 Proof of Source of Funds

Required for the company, directors, and shareholders holding 25% or more ownership.

If complete proof of source of funds cannot be provided, please provide any one of the following:

1.Bank statements for the latest three months

2.Business proof documents, including a description of the main business activities, sales contracts, purchase orders, invoices, or shipping documents

3.For newly incorporated companies: source of funds explanation, business plan, and proof of financial support from shareholders or related parties may be submitted in place of a traditional bank reference letter

II. Singapore Bank Account Opening Requirements

🌟 Financial Collection Proof

Please provide any one of the following:

1.Bank Statement
Bank statement showing incoming client payments.

2.PSP Settlement Reports / Transaction Records
If the company does not currently have a bank account, or mainly receives payments through a PSP platform, PSP settlement reports or transaction records may be provided as an alternative.

🌟 Business Proof Documents

Please provide any 2 of the following documents:

1.Sample Invoices Issued to Clients
Used to prove that the company has provided products or services to clients and has actual business transactions.

2.Contracts or Agreements with Customers
Used to prove that there is a formal business relationship between the company and its customers.

3.Purchase Orders or Service Agreements
Used to explain the transaction details, scope of services, order amount, and cooperation arrangements.

4.Third-Party Marketplace Store or Sales Page Screenshots
If the company operates through an e-commerce platform or B2B platform, screenshots of the store page, product page, or sales records may be provided, such as Alibaba, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, IndiaMART, etc.
